Welcome to the tenth issue of the British Crystallographic Association (BCA) Industrial Group dedicated XRF Newsletter. There is a copy of this Newsletter on the web.

12th May 2010 British Geological Survey, Keyworth, XRF User Meeting followed by an XRD meeting on the 13th at the same venue.
This is a joint meeting with the RSC Atomic Spectroscopy Group. There is still time to offer a talk to the programme organisor Ros Schwarz. Meeting sponsors have the opportunity for a table top display - see web page for link to details. Registration is now open.

Newsletter XRF page
A decision has been made not to send further Group Newsletters by post. For this Newsletter we are producing a printable version for web download and will monitor its take up to decide on future editions. Specific XRF content is on page 8.

We need a new XRF logo for our web pages.
can you design a good BCA XRF logo? Suitable designs will be added to a logo web page to await a decision.
