Joining Instructions - 2006 Autumn Meeting

Joining instructions for the BCA Industrial Group meeting on 9th November 2006.

If you requested transfers from Wigan NW railway station, you have already been contacted and arrangements made.

What to do when you arrive at the venue: Stop in the small lay-by on the left at the entrance to the site and walk the short distance to report to the security lodge. You will be directed by security to the Visitor's car park. Signs will point the way to the conference room (basically enter the building at the main entrance, turn left, head towards the restaurant and then up a flight of stairs). Please check in at the registration desk.

Please bring an old name badge to wear at the meeting. We will provide self adhesive labels with the name and affiliation shown in the delegate list below.
If you will need a taxi at the end of the meeting please let Mark Farnworth know in advance so that he can arrange one.

Buffet lunch menu: Platter of sandwiches, mini quiches, filled jacket potatoes, battered skewered prawns with dips, selection of Doritos with spicy salsa dip and fresh fruit platter; plus assorted cold drinks, tea and coffee will be served. Please notify Mark Farnworth ASAP if your dietary requirements are not met by this menu.
